Plans that keep themselves up to date

Find the way to done.

Your work is scattered across Jira, Linear, Trello, GitHub and Slack. Zeelko maps it into one living plan, so everyone sees where it stands, what’s blocked and what comes next.

The problem

Your projects aren’t lost. They’re scattered.

Teams rarely lack tools. They lack one place where the work in all of them adds up to a plan anyone can read.

  1. 01

The plan lives in five tools

Tickets in Jira, Linear, Trello and GitHub. Decisions in Slack threads. Nobody can see how it all adds up to the thing you promised.

  2. 02

    Status means asking around

“Any update?” pings, status meetings, a spreadsheet that’s stale by Tuesday. Finding out where things stand is a job in itself.

  3. 03

    Dependencies hide until they bite

The launch waits on the pilot, which waits on a client approval nobody chased. You find out the week it was due.

  4. 04

    Everyone hears a different story

Clients, executives and the team each need the picture, but not your tracker. So you rebuild the same deck every week, by hand.

How Zeelko solves it

From scattered tickets to one way to done.

Zeelko doesn’t replace your trackers. It sits above them and turns their work into a plan everyone can read.

  1. The plan lives in five tools

01 One map, linked to every tool

Each epic is a line, each task a station, and the tickets in Jira, Linear, Trello and GitHub are linked to the tasks they prove. Your trackers stay; Zeelko shows how they add up.

  2. Status means asking around

02 Status that follows the tickets

Linked tickets decide whether a task is in progress or done, synced on a schedule or with one click. Set a status by hand and you say why.

  3. Dependencies hide until they bite

03 What waits on what, in plain sight

Tasks know what they depend on. Blocked glows red, and a waiting task shows exactly what it’s waiting for.

  4. Everyone hears a different story

04 One link everyone can read

Share the address and others see exactly what you see, or export the whole plan as one HTML file that opens anywhere.

  1. 1

    Connect

Link Trello boards and ticket URLs from your trackers.

  2. 2

    Map

Lay out epics as lines and tasks as stations, with owners and dates.

  3. 3

    Follow

Statuses sync from the tickets. Everyone reads the same plan.

Features

A bird’s-eye view of the work.

Each card is a screen from Zeelko, seen at an angle. Point at one to see it from straight above.

  • Plan: every epic as a subway line

Tasks are stations in order. In-progress and blocked ones glow; red only ever means blocked. Drag a station to move it.

  • Sprint: week by week

One lane per epic on a timeline, with milestones and gates, and what each organisation owes this week.

  • Task panel: everything in one place

Status, dates, owners and approvers, what it waits on, linked tickets and a signed comment thread, all in one panel.

  • Status that syncs itself

Jira, Linear and Trello tickets decide when a task is in progress or done. A status set by hand wins, with its reason.

  • Tags that stay tidy

Group work across epics with dimension = value tags, like phase = Build, and filter the plan by any of them.

  • Ask Claude or ChatGPT

Ask your assistant what’s overdue, mark a task done or add one, in plain words. Every change is signed with your name.

  • Undo, not “are you sure?”

Every change shows an Undo for eight seconds, and ⌘Z works too. The activity log keeps who changed what.

  • Share a link, or the whole plan

A link shows others exactly your view. Or export the plan as one HTML file that opens anywhere and prints well.

See where your work stands.

One plan above all your tools, so everyone knows the way to done.

No migration: your tickets stay in Jira, Linear, Trello and GitHub.
